Weaver Leather Cinch Guard Pair

These are excellent cinch guards. They are made out of heavy leather with fleece backing and come with leather ties. I also purchased a new weaver alpaca cinch that has Jeremiah Watts hardware and it fits perfectly. These guards keep the cinch ring from pinching. These are well made, a russet red color and very practical.

Quality is good but didn't fit on my Mohair cinch buckles. I think my buckles are larger than normal.

The leather used for these is a little too thick, so they are as stiff as boards--or worse. Then, as if you want a synthetic against your horse right were it will rub--they've glued and stitched cheap fake fleece. I may take them apart and fix them before I actually use them.
